At Sky Ryder, we are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative mobility products. This page outlines the warranty coverage for our Sky Ryder powered cable ride system.

Standard Warranty

Coverage: Sky Ryder provides a 30 day limited warranty on Sky Ryder, covering manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or abuse.

  • Improper operation, storage, or maintenance.

  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., seat cushions, brake pads).

  • Damage from extreme weather, environmental exposure, or acts of nature.

  • Batteries and chargers (these are subject to the battery manufacturer’s warranty).

Optional 1-Year Extended Warranty

Coverage: Customers may purchase a 1-year extended warranty for additional protection, which includes:

  • Extended coverage for manufacturer’s defects for one (1) years from the date of purchase.

  • One-time free repair or full replacement of the Sky Ryder unit, at Sky Ryder’ discretion.

  • Annual performance checkups (if requested and applicable).

Exclusions:

  • Shipping costs for tune-ups, repairs, or replacements are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All limitations listed under the Standard Warranty also apply.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Sky Ryder Support at skyryderus@gmail.com

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will guide you through the product return or service process.

  • Sky Ryder reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • The warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the product; we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
